Averi is like my godmother, favorite aunt, best friend, and mentor all rolled into one. She has guided me through difficult and bumpy periods of my life with such kindness and grace! She has taught me by example to be strong, loving, and relatively fearless all at the same time. ;) We are friends in this world and in the next, I know.
