Development Circle?

Does anyone know where I can get involved with a development circle? I live in Thousand Oaks and I would like to be put in contact with others who want to develop their skills.

no i don't but would love to find one, that is not too out there. I 've had some funny experiences with these types of things, but I,m definately open to trying again. Keep me posted. Julie :)
