I caused myself to start having bad Panic Attacks by becoming so Angry with myself for not seeing what my husband was doing while he was alive. I ask you to help me pray that my body normalizes in every way soon. Blessings to you, and Thanks. Betty

i am so sorry for your loss,you will get past the anger guilt just be patient with yourself and quit let go of the anger inside, i am sure he would not want you to suffer and you are laying guilt on yorself, be good to yourself remember all of the good and positive, i know it is very hard to loose someone who at times made you angry and frustrated for that was me, i miss him so much and hope some how he knows he was loved by many..janet
