We all are shocked and saddened for those who are grieving in Moore and Newcastle, Oklahoma from the destructive tornadoes yesterday. We are also grateful to all the first responders and others who gave of themselves to help those suffering.. Our thoughts, love, blessings and prayers are being sent to all who are now on the long path to recovery. XO

I just returned from an incredibly exciting beach walk with my trainer and of course, my dog ~ we saw 2 huge grey whales and a baby whale that were swimming so close to shore we could see them clearly.
