Tips on Searching

Choosing the right search terms is the key to finding the information you need.

Start with the obvious – if you're looking for general information on audios, try Audio.

If you're looking for a page on dreaming, then Dream would br OK, but you might get a lot of results.
To be more specific, try entering two words: sleep dream with the checkbox labeled "With all of the words"

That way, you'll get only pages that contain both the words "sleep" and "dream"

Using the checkbox labeled "With at least one of the words" gives you all pages that contain the word "sleep" and all pages that contain the word "dream" -- which may be a LOT of pages.

The default is "With at least one of the words".  That means you're likely to get lots of results unless you refine your search, using the other two checkboxes.
