Expectations

Dear Cyberfriends:

  Happy 2001! I hope you are all recovering from the holiday activities and are ready to dive into this wonderful new year ahead. This is a powerful year for manifestation, bringing from the invisible to the visible, from the spiritual into physical manifestation. Many of last years seeds which were planted will bring fruits of your efforts this year. This will be a good year for partnerships of all kinds to increase and multiply. Looking forward, I can see how important conservation of energy will be as well, especially your personal energy so make sure you take good care of you and use your personal energy wisely. The following is a reminder so you can be more open to receiving all the blessings and miracles coming your way.

Take a luxurious, deep slow breath in and as you exhale, allow yourself to ponder the following:

The man whispered, “God, speak to me” and a meadowlark sang.
But, the man did not hear.

So the man yelled “God, speak to me” And, the thunder rolled across the sky.
But the man did not listen.

The man looked around and said, “God let me see you.” And a star shone brightly.
But, the man did not notice.

And, the man shouted, God show me a miracle” And, a life was born.
But, the man did not know.

So, the man cried out in despair, “Touch me God, and let me know you are here.”

Whereupon, God reached down and touched the man.
But, the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on.
