Fall into Abundance Click for larger view Dear Cyberfriends, What an incredibly, powerful time you have chosen to experience life on this planet.  We are constantly bombarded with warnings of the dangers that threaten our lives and livelihoods.  We are taught from youth that there is not enough for all of us. We become frightened about our future and the future of your loved ones and overlook many of the miracles that surround us every day.  We worry about our jobs, our finances, forgetting that abundance is, in fact, everywhere!  We forget that we are the co-creators who like master magicians can create love, light and peace; and amazingly that what we give out will come back many times over.  What we see around us is a reflection of our own beliefs.  The belief of abundance in all areas seems to be one of the most challenging for us to cultivate.  We fear that there isn't enough time, money, love, etc.  However through meditation, right thinking, right action and a positive belief in the Universe and yourself as the creator of your own destiny you can and will see changes happen in your life that will amaze you!  Take a closer look at your belief system.  Do you hear yourself saying, "I don't have enough time/money for what I need."?  Do you make decisions based on lack?  "I can't spend time/money on what I want now because I won't have enough later."   Do you work at a job where you are unhappy because you fear you will not find another and therefore being financially insecure?  Are you in an unhealthy relationship because you fear no one else will love you? All of us have, at one time or another felt or said these things not realizing that the fear of lack itself is what brings it into our lives. Words and thoughts are powerful - they create and manifest the physical world which surrounds you. The Biblical account of creation starts with the sentence "In The Beginning There Was The Word". Halloween is October 31st.. On that date we celebrate the veil between the physical and spirit world being lifted. This is a powerful time to do a meditation, especially one to attract abundance and fulfillment. Another fabulous time for a special meditation is November 8-9, when we will have an extra powerful Lunar Eclipse with a full moon. Eclipses are harbingers of major shifts and the evolutionary winds blow even stronger. Since this is a time for a major break through, let one area be your personal life. This is a time indicated for a quantum leap in the area you need to establish new values. Personally & individually we are gestating a new consciousness, one of unity with spirit - abundance and fulfillment support this development. This eclipse promises to be a large doorway for you to walk through. Please take advantage of these energies which are here to support you in making your changes. Take a moment now to get grounded and to reverse the negativity & limitations you have set for yourself. Join me in a mini meditation I have created for you. Inhale a slow deep luxurious breath. Hold that breath for 4 counts, and then exhale out slowly. Repeat the inhale, hold for 4 counts & exhale slowly. Imagine yourself walking down a country lane. See yourself surrounded by trees changing colors for the fall season – see the bright oranges, reds, the golden aspens all around you. Inhale these colors one at a time – first orange, then red, then golden light. Bring the colors down to your toes and then back out again. As you run this energy through your body, you are committing to being grounded in the now (orange); to bringing forth and openly declaring passion and readiness for change and renewal (red); and magnetizing yourself to attract greater abundance, prosperity & fulfillment into your life (golden light). Allow yourself to feel lighter and to embrace the wonder of change and seasonal renewal. For when you take time to do a meditation, to connect with nature, to consciously reprogram your subconscious, to run energy and light through your body, to connect with spirit, you bring about a shift in your life. Now ask yourself, how would I feel if right now I had more than enough in all areas of my life? Throw your shoulders back, head held high. Embrace that feeling and carry it with you today and always.
