Manifesting Greater Love

Dear Cyberfriends,

What is that wonderful burst of energy from within; that splendid warmth that spreads through the body like glowing golden light? It takes your breathe away or makes you want to shout. It makes all the world look rosy and sunlit no matter what the weather is like outside. It makes you want to open your arms and share your joy with the world. Or sometimes it can be a quiet, deep feeling of joy like a slow moving river in the sunlight just waiting for what the rest of the day has to offer. We all have the ability to feel these things everyday of our lives. They are always inside us just waiting to be let free. They all come from a single source and that source is infinite. That source is love. Universal, unconditional and fearless love.

When we are children, these feelings are so much easier to grasp. We receive unconditional love with so little effort because we are still relatively unafraid of asking for it. We receive it because we open hearts and can accept it. We give it just as easily because, when the door is open, the love flows both ways. As we grow older and life’s lessons cause us to become vulnerable and afraid, that doorway slowly closes. We begin to love ourselves less and therefore cannot love others as we were meant to.

The greatest misconception is that love comes from somewhere outside ourselves.

"I’m not good enough, pretty enough, rich enough, smart enough for anyone to love me. I have nothing to offer."

Or,

"Why should I have to make the effort? He/She isn’t doing his/her part."

Our relationships become ones of convenience or personal gain, rather than true love connections between souls. We lose the ability to be compassionate towards others because we cannot find compassion for ourselves. We spend so much time worrying about getting our "fair share" in a relationship we lose sight of the beauty of the relationship itself. We forget the power that we have within ourselves to break down the barriers we’ve surrounded our hearts with and let love flow through.

We are all co-creators of this universe and all a part of this extraordinary thing called universal love. If we were able to close the door and stop the flow of pure love, than we can also open it again. Only by changing the belief that love comes only to those who are "worthy" and by beginning to love and accept ourselves just as we are will we be able to, once again, find our way back to the source that is universal love.

Take the time to ask yourself why you are afraid to love. As we have created our own reality, we can create loving relationships within that reality. We need only see the Devine truth that all things are created with that unconditional, pure love. We need to look into ourselves and find the inner glow that resides there, waiting to run free and create beauty in our lives.

Take the time to meditate on the beautiful person that you are. In order to find love, you must make the journey into your own soul and find the love and compassion for yourself that resides there. Once you tap that infinite source you will begin to see spectacular changes happen all around you. Each step down the path will bring joy into your life. Every new positive thought that you allow in will manifest into miraculous positive experiences. You will create the results that you believe you deserve.

Exercise to Manifest Greater Love

For the seven days leading up to Valentine’s Day, I have a wonderful exercise for you to do which will bring greater love into your life. Each evening at bedtime, put a glass of water next to your bed. Ask God/Goddess to add to the water whatever Spiritual vitamins you need to heal and to open your heart to greater love. Each morning as you drink the water, give thanks to God/Goddess that your prayers have been answered. I promise you that at the end of the week, you will see a magical transformation take place. I hope you enjoy the remarkable results from the exercise.

Affirmations:

I am alive with love. Love flows through me, touching everything in my life. I am one with the universal love that creates joy and beauty in everything I do. I am interested and worthy of being treated lovingly and with respect.
